Shipping / Delivery Policy

We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery takes 3–8 business days depending on destination and shipping method.
USPS and UPS are used for U.S. orders. USPS and DHL for international.
No shipping on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Please note that for returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Example:
If your $210 order was eligible for free shipping, and you return the product due to a change of mind, your refund will be $210 minus the original shipping cost (e.g., $10) and return shipping (paid by you).

Shipping to Canada

We currently offer international shipping to Canada only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Flat-rate shipping is not available for Canadian orders.
Duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total and may be collected upon delivery by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS International, depending on the package size and service availability. All shipments include tracking and protective packaging.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
