How do I request a return?
Please email us at layrd@s-daze.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and protective materials.
All returns must be pre-approved by our team via email.
Please note: Final sale items, custom or personalized products, and international orders are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:
- 3–5 business days within the U.S.
- 6–10 business days for Canada
